Our Last and Final First Attempt.

This one is a berry and banana smoothie.

I'm getting really sick of writing this that our tasters are Daniel, Josh, Callum and co (Ashley, Tracey, Samuel and his friend Tom.) We thought this would be a sweet Smoothie but the Smoothie proved us wrong. The Berries were watery and diluted the sweetness of the ripe banana. This is the recipe.

  • One ripe banana
  • 3/4 of a cup of berries
  • Half a cup of natural
  • 2 cups of milk
Here are our rankings.

  • Taste-Banana took over the berries
  • Texture-Smooth top bottom thick, frothy & seedy.
  • Look-Pink frothy milk.
  • Smell-Banana & Berries.
  • Sweetness-Could be sweeter so we need riper banana.
  • Anything we could change-Riper banana for sweetness.

Our Other First Attempt.

Our other 1st attempt was a Berry smoothie. Again Daniel, Joshua, Callum, Ash, Tracey, Samuel and his friend Tom tried it. We put our ingredients in again and it was still fun. Here are the ingredients. We had no honey in this one because we thought the berries would be sweet already. This smoothie was disgusting!

  • 1 cup of Berries.
  • 1 cup of milk.
  • 1/4 cup of yogurt.
Here are our rankings.

  • Taste-Flat, Lacking flavour & watery
  • Texture-Lumpy & too many seeds.
  • Look-Good colour & too many Berries.
  • Smell-Strawberry ice cream
  • Sweetness-Very dull
  • Anything we could change-Maybe add honey because we thought that the berries would be sweet.

Our First Attempt

Our first attempt on Banana smoothie making was extremely fun when we turn it on and start pulsing the smoothie into mush. We first made a banana smoothie. Daniel, Joshua and Callum all tried it. We all enjoyed it even Ash, Tracey, Samuel and his friend Tom enjoyed it. Here is the recipe.

  • One unripe banana.
  • 1 cup of milk.
  • 1 tsp of honey.
  • 1/4 cup of natural yogurt.

Here are our ratings for our Banana Smoothie.

  • Taste-It tasted very bananery like we were aiming for.
  • Texture-A nice thick texture not to thick.
  • Look-Frothy milk.
  • Smell-Banana and Yogurt.
  • Sweetness-Banana needs to be riper no more honey.
  • Anything we could change-Nothing except to have a riper banana.
We ranked this one 9/10!
